What is a BOC-3

A BOC-3 is a form which is required of carriers, brokers, and freight forwards by the FMCSA that provides a legal process agent in every state that is licensed to handle legal documents on behalf of the involved party. You will also hear this refereed to as the process agent.

At VLocity Group we only handle permanent BOC-3’s, or Process Agents. You pay a one-time fee and unless you make a name change or address change you will never have to pay this fee again.
